蠟雕體驗課: 爪鑲寶石墜飾 /Wax carving class- Gemstone necklace
第一次上課2小時製作蠟模：爪鑲台座(自備寶石或工作室現成水晶/天然石)、現成蠟材結合
第二次上課2小時後修拋光：爪鑲鑲嵌
兩次上課須間隔7天(中間需將蠟雕作品寄鑄造廠鑄造)
本課程教授蠟雕爪鑲台座及鑲寶石。系列課程同學可用其他所學技法創作作品結合爪鑲台座，無其他課程基礎的朋友，可利用教室現成的蠟材(如玫瑰/小花/動物等)製作。可自備寶石，工作室亦備有現成造型水晶及天然石等可選購，以便練習技法。
鑲嵌寶石有危險性，如鑲嵌過程中學生因施力不當造成寶石破損，工作室不予負責。建議勿用貴重寶石習作。
如課程時間內無法完成蠟模，可攜回自行製作送鑄，超時製作每0.5小時加收200元，不足0.5小時以0.5小時計算。
本堂課程費用已包含墜飾之學費/蠟材/工具使用，使用不完的蠟材可攜回留待未來繼續創作。因為每人作品大小重量材質均不同，鑄造費用及來回郵資需各自負擔。本課程作品費用以目前純銀價估算，每件墜飾約為300-600之間。工作室備有純銀鍊可供選購，學員享8折。

兩次課程請於三個月內上完，逾期不再補課。

This course teaches wax-carved prong-set pedestals and gem-setting. Students in the series of courses can create works combined with the prong-set pedestal by other techniques they have learned. For those who have no other course foundation, they can use the ready-made wax materials in the classroom (such as roses/flowers/animals, etc.). You can bring your own gemstones, and the studio also has ready-made crystals and natural stones to choose from, so that you can practice your skills.
Setting gemstones is dangerous. If the gemstones are damaged due to improper force applied by students during the setting process, the studio will not be responsible. It is recommended not to study with precious stones.

If the wax model cannot be completed within the course time, you can bring it back to finish it and send to casting factory by yourside. Overtime production will be charged at NT200 per 0.5 hour, and less than 0.5 hours will be calculated as 0.5 hours~~
The course fee of this class already includes tuition/wax/tools, and the remail wax wire can be brought home to continue creating. However, because each piece of work is different in size, weight, and material, casting costs and freight will be paid separately. The cost of the works in this course is estimated based on the current sterling silver price, and each pandant is about NT 300-600. 925 silver chains are available for purchase in the studio, and students enjoy 20% off.
